Late eighteenth century. A carriage wreck. A baby girl is the only survivor. A benevolent king and his mysterious wife take this baby under their wing and raise her as their ward—but such actions have consequences no one in the peaceful kingdom of Totresia was ready for.
WELCOME TO TOTRESIA!
It is a *fictional* country nestled in south-eastern France, and isn’t affiliated with France (it’s actually originated from England—this will be explained in other sections of my website). Peaceful, prosperous—but troubled.
TOTRESIA

Torrinni is the capital, where King Edouard reigns at the start of the story. There are tensions with its almost neighbor, Giroma (another fictional country which will be detailed in later books), but otherwise, the country is mostly neutral in European affairs and tends to side with its “mother” country, England.
